Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return request with your order number and the specific part number within 30 days of delivery.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original anti-static packaging and use a sturdy shipping box with sufficient padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) label and securely attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at the designated carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the part and its tamper-evident markings, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
